Shipping Rates and Methods
In order to keep your cost down and our pricing simple, we either provide free shipping or we charge a fixed shipping charge per item. This charge, if any, is listed on the product detail page and covers ground shipping in the continental U.S. Beware of companies who mask their shipping policy. Shipping large or heavy items can be quite expensive, so make sure you know what costs you will incur in your order when shopping around.

Most orders are shipped via Truck Freight or UPS Ground. We may offer expedited shipping methods for some products. The charges for each are provided on the product page. Please note that some products may need to be shipped via truck freight due to their size or weight. Products shipped by truck freight will be delivered to the back of the truck (the tailgate). In-home delivery and other services are provided by the truck carriers and are easily purchased directly from them. We will provide you with contact information for your carrier so that you can request and arrange for any additional delivery services that you prefer.

We ship from many points all over the U.S. so that we can deliver your order quickly. On items that state that they "Usually ship within 24 hours", we can normally ship the order the same day, if the order is placed by Noon EST. We list a "Usually ships in" timeframe with every product so that you can know how quickly we can normally ship the item. Once it ships, deliveries take between one and seven business days, depending on the warehouse and the delivery locations. We use a network of warehouses across the country to try and minimize delivery time.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses
We want to save you time, so we offer you the ability to send products to more than one address within one order.

It is easy to send your order to multiple addresses. For each item you add to your Shopping Cart you can select a recipient. You can also change a recipient during Checkout. Simply enter an address for each recipient, or select an address from your Address Book.

Our goal is to save you time and money.

Drop Ship
"Drop-ship" items are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from a warehouse run by one of our national suppliers. We use this method to offer you the broadest selection of products at the lowest cost. If you receive your order in multiple shipments, don't worry—there is no extra shipping charge.

International Shipping
At this time, we can only ship orders to destinations in the lower 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will incur additional surcharges.
